Not every website has the same needs. We bundle ‘tools’ called ‘add-ons’ and make them available for use on a per-site, per add-on basis. You only need to pay for the tools made available for your site.
These add-ons are available on a Monthly payment cycle, with no termination penalties or long-term contracts.
There are a lot of ‘Free’ tools available, but you still need someone who knows how to use them.

Basic Service Plans start with monthly backups and updates. Upgrading to Premium Plans is optional, but is required for most automation.
Automated Cloud Backups
There is a reason Backups are first on the list. You can’t restore the website quickly if you don’t have a backup to restore from.
We offer automated monthly website backups for our WordPress clients. This is ideal for most small websites and websites with static content.
Purchasing a Premium Backup Plan is recommended for active websites. It is a requirement to use On-Demand Backups, Safe Updates, or to ‘migrate your website‘. Premium Backup options are Weekly, Daily, Every 12h, Every 6h or Every 1h.
Note that Backups are only stored for 90 days. If your site or service is removed, backups are also removed after 7 days.
Manage Updates, Plugins & Themes
It takes time to log into a website to see if anything needs updating, and we all know there usually is. We push these out every month.
With a Premium Backup Plan, we can use Safe Updates and configure a time and day of the week to perform these updates during low-traffic hours. This tool restores your website from an on-demand backup automatically if the update fails and the site becomes unresponsive. No sleep lost, minimal downtime, and the problematic plug-in can be added to an Ignore list.
Uptime Monitoring
Uptime Monitoring is a premium tool that will send us text messages when your site is unresponsive, so that we can get it up and running for you sooner, and less money is lost.
Link Monitoring
Link Monitors are premium tools that search your site for unresponsive or broken links. These bad links are bad for SEO and lead to poor user experience, lost revenue, and a loss of trust by the visitor.
Security Checks
Malware often hides on websites for months without being noticed. We all need to be more vigilant, proactive, and check regularly for malware and known vulnerabilities. The Premium Security Check enables 24/7 observation by allowing scheduled scans to detect malware and if the site has been blacklisted, sends us alerts as soon as an issue is detected.
Performance Checks
A Performance Checks will give you insight on what is happening with your website and how it is performing. It’s the first step in problem solving. Breaking down the factors affecting your website and grading them so you know where to focus your efforts on improving performance. With the Premium option, you can follow your sites performance over time.
