Hours of Operation
Typically Business hours are 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday.
(Excluding Holiday Weekends.)
Computer Technicians often have very unusual or “weird” hours. From supporting end-user problems during the day, to system maintenance after regular business hours.
Bottom line is that when you have a computer problem we don’t just stop just because a bell rung.
Priority of Service of course goes to those who have signed our Service Level Agreement. From there, issues affecting the most people tend to be resolved first.

A Service Level Agreement does not mean you now have another monthly bill. It just lays out the terms of service with expectations. It is a pre-authorization that allows us to start working on your problem right away instead of stopping to wait for authorization from someone else first.
